| Bhutan 2008 |

|  Another great season in Bhutan! This year Kim did some new things including finally attending a Tsechu (festival) in Bhumtang & visiting the winter habitat of the Black Necked Cranes. |

 Attending the Tsechu in Bhumtang was even more fun in traditional Bhutanese style clothing (gho for men & kiras for the gals). Here we are in our traditional wear! The locals loved it and so did our guide, Dorje! |

 Visiting the winter habitat of the Black Necked Cranes was more amazing than we hoped. By the time that we arrived (around November 15th) there were more than 150 Cranes already there. Each day the numbers were going up as more cranes were arriving from Tibet. |
