| Thailand~Railay Beach 2008 |

|  Thailand is always a great way to end a Himalayan Journey (unless, of course, the airport closes). Here I am with my mom, Sandy, enjoying a fabulous sunset on the beach here in Railay. |

 There are a lot of monkeys here! Some are good monkeys (like the langur to the right) and some are bad (not pictured!). The bad monkeys (macaques) held mom & Bev hostage one morning in the house. Yikes! They are not shy about raiding the house & getting into fights with themselves when looking into mirrors. |
